1. How to create an account?

2. How do I calculate shipping and handling charges?
We offer free shipping and handling for all products bought from our online store.
3. How do I pay for my purchase?
You can opt for PayPal to pay for your order.We will accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB) soon.
4. How do I use discount codes?
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout. Please note that we can’t manually apply the voucher code to your order if you enter an incorrect code during checkout. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
5. Can I track my order?
In general, we process orders very quickly, but they sometimes take between 24 and 48 hours to ship. Click on the shipping icon in your order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.
6. How do I contact VENI regarding my order?
Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us via support@venifurniture.com. It is important to provide us with your email and order number so we can check the status of your order.
7. How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
To change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service via support@venifurniture.comin time. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Click here to access our Refund Policy.
8. What if I don't receive my order?
Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result takes one week.
9. When can I expect a refund debited to my account once I return the item?
Once you are authorized to return an item, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue you the refund in 2-5 business days.
10. Where can I find assembly instructions?
We have a copy of assembly instructions inside every product package if your item requires assembly. You can also contact our customer service via support@venifurniture.com to get online instructions for your item.

We offer a flexible wholesale program that is designed to accommodate wholesale customers worldwide, whether you are a retail store owner or a private practitioner.
